WHAT IS A FINANCIAL ADVISER?  An excerpt from  Wikipedia:

A financial adviser is a professional who suggests and renders financial services to clients based on their financial situation. In many countries Financial Advisors have to complete specific training and hold a license to provide advice. ...  FINRA describes the main groups of investment professionals who may use the term financial adviser to be: brokers, investment advisers, accountants, lawyers, insurance agents and financial planners.

... the term adviser is generally used when referring to legislative acts and their requirements and advisor when referring to a practitioner.

WHY CHOOSE A CHRISTIAN FINANCIAL ADVISOR?

Some people prefer to do business with someone who shares their same faith.   Someone trustworthy, who is like-minded, who will use their commissions or fees in a responsible manner, for good and not for evil.   And they may want to make sure that their monies are not invested in organizations that oppose their Christian beliefs.

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT THE SERVICE YOU WILL RECEIVE?

A)  Honesty is not just the best policy, it's the basis of all we do.
B)  No cheating or stealing on any level.
C)  All work is done as unto the Lord - under his watchful eye.
D)  We offer faith-based investing: something most well-known investment houses and brokerage firms do not offer.

A Christian Faith-Based Financial Advisor
Jay is one of our trusted advisors, a fellow Christian, and a Certified Financial Planner.

With 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry, Jay values education as a way to promote professional excellence.

Author of The Faith-Based Millionaire, Jay's mission is to help individuals make smart choices about their money so they can incorporate their faith into their financial pictures while creating better futures for themselves and their families.

Jay believes people should take time to understand their unique situation and goals and know exactly where they are investing by screening out companies that add to the moral decay of our society.

He is an avid believer in asset allocation - the process of dividing investment portfolios into different investment categories.   He believes in using a scientific process that maximizes expected return for a specific level of risk.  But success doesn’t stop there. Once a strategy is established, careful monitoring is important to measure progress. Periodic adjustments are critical to ensure that strategies stay on track.
